REFUND POLICY
Customers can return goods within 10 days of purchase or delivery if they are received damaged, have missing parts or the expected quality is not as was advertised.
The products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
Products are not eligible for return if the following General Refund Conditions are met.
1) Opened hygiene or health products, or personalized products.
2) Faults not resulting from normal wear and tear.
3) Damage not arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product (whether intentional or accidental).
4) Damage not arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
5) Damage not arising from alterations to the product.
6) Save in relation to Voetstoot Deals
7) Products are unused.
WARRANTY
Customers can return unsafe or defective goods within six months if the above General Refund Conditions are met.
Consumers can choose between a refund, repair, or replacement
UNWANTED PRODUCT
Unwanted products are returned at the customers own delivery costs and can only be returned if the following conditions are met.
1) Product is unopened, undamaged and unused, with the original labels/stickers still attached.
2) Save in relation to Voetstoots Deals, reconditioned products and used products, it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.
3) The customer logs a return on the Website, via email or by presenting the unwanted product in person within 14 days of delivery.
However, there is no general right of return, and a change of heart is not a legal reason to return an item.
